The Pirates lose to the Cubs, 8-3, swept at home. They've lost 3 straight series, all sweeps, for 9 straight defeats.

24 consecutive scoreless innings, shut out in 3 of the last 4 games with only 2 runs scored, and 2 quality starts wasted (Bido and Oviedo). This is getting silly.

Henry Davis' debut - he doubles in his first at-bat. Bido pitches well, but the bullpen and the rest of the lineup look terrible!
